About The Role
We’re expanding our client team! We’re looking for entry-level or 2nd job individuals who will thrive in an early-stage business and are passionate about TikTok culture, audience and engagement. You may already have experience delivering effective TikTok Shop, Ads and Organic content strategy and be looking to develop your career in the social commerce space by working with our brands across fashion, footwear, beauty, sports and more.
For those 2nd job individuals, knowledge of running a TikTok Shop is a huge benefit.
You will;

Manage onboarding and TikTok Shop setup, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and issue resolution.

Support the planning and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns and sales events, coordinating closely with content teams.

Analyse performance data, develop optimisation strategies to improve performance and provide reporting with clear, actionable insights to clients

Support affiliate outreach to build and manage long-term affiliate partnerships that align with client growth goals.

Support the account team by preparing reporting and information for client status calls, meetings and presenting information where appropriate

Support the planning and execution of TikTok Shop LIVEs, from product selection to host coordination and fulfillment readiness.

Collaborate with the content and production teams to provide real-time community feedback that shapes content direction.
What you will bring
Essential skills and experience for the role:

Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with experience leading client stakeholder meetings

Strong statistical and analytical skills and ability to interrogate data and make appropriate campaign management decisions

Able to use Google & Microsoft suite of work applications, including advanced Excel skills to manage data and build docs and presentations

Ability to think and work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A focus on process design and improvement and attention to detail

Adaptability and resilience
Additional skills a bonus:

Additional European language from Spanish, Italian, German, French
-
STEM subjects at A-Level or equivalent preferred

Experience in eCommerce marketplace operations (ideally TikTok Shop), including product onboarding, inventory and fulfillment management, and promotional campaign execution

Client or stakeholder management experience
